I'm thinking of having black eyed peas, cornbread, home-grown tomatoes and cucumbers. Man, if I only had some OKRA! Some potatoes too, of course. What are you having tonight?:D

Leftover pizza hut pizza :) I was on a health kick but last night the temptation was too much! It's my lunch too

Mmm, I love black eyed peas! I'm making stuffed zucchini and some kind of salad- I haven't decided on that yet.

Yummmmmy!!!! We are having pintos and tomato salad (tomatoes with a little salt, onion, oregano, and olive oil)

Wish I had some cucumbers and OKRA! :D

We are having some grilled salmon and steamed green beans with garlic. But sounds like it would be good to come to your house.

That sounds good!! My Husband is having a chicken Kabob and I am having a filet. We are having corn and baked potatoes with it

I have so much leftovers in my fridge that when I looked this morning to take something out of the freezer to thaw I decided that we are having leftovers. french fries, chicken tenders, steak tips, potato salad, macaroni salad.... that should clean out the fridge. :)

I thought about pasta salad, but I'm sure my mother in law will be making one of her weird dishes.

Don't know what we're having yet...maybe fruit & burgers on the grill? (Gardenburger for me, Beef for DH)

DH's cooking steaks on the grill.....I'll be taking care of fresh white corn on the cob (ok...he gets credit for shucking the corn);), green bean casserole, & small new potatoes. Later, fresh strawberry shortcakes w/whipped cream!:p We were out of town this weekend, so we are looking forward to enjoy dinner @home tonite.

Mmmmm... I would LOVE your recipe for stuffed zucchini, we have it growing out of our ears in the garden.

And all yall from the south- okra- YUCK!!! DH is from North Carolina, I from Idaho. My first experience with okra was commical. :p Not my favorite thing!!

We are having chicken enchilada cassorole- super easy and yummy!

It's a new recipe I'm trying. If it turns out I'll pass it on.:)

we are having corn on the cob (FINALLY in season.. my favorite part of the year!) and sausage on the BBQ (not home made :( but it will do )

Ok. No okra for me tonite!! My DH surprsed me with a two night trip to a beach house at St Pete beach. He called and told me he wa coming home early. We packed and were on the road in an hour. So our house is across the street from one of our favorite resturants. The salt rock grill has this huge grill that is 1800 degrees and they are master grillers. I will have fresh seafood for the next 3 days. I can't wait to sit out on the water with a cold one!! Yall be good!!!!

I have boneless chicken seasoned to a tee on the grill right now! Were having sweet corn on the cob and I sliced up some cucumbers, vadilla onions and a fresh garden tomato and I put the 3 in tenfoil and it's cooking on the grill!

A quote within a quote! I too would like to have the stuffed zucchini recipe AND the recipe for that chicken enchilada casserole...you guys are coming up with some great ideas!!

I'll probably fix some sort of chicken stir fry or just eat a sandwich, I hate cooking for just myself :thumbdown:(!

I agree, I'd love the recipe for the chicken enchilada casserole but not the zucchini, I'm sick of it haha

We are having hot dogs, maccaroni and cheese, corn on the cob and salad. I made a blueberry pie for later. I love stuffed zucchini. I would like the recipe also.
