Well, not exactly around the county.. does the neighborhood count?
My son was going to take Landon out last night and he left the outside door to the porch open and before he could get Landon's leash on.... off he went. So he and his gf went after him and I hobbled along up the dirt road. Landon was playing with my son.... see how close you can get before I run... So, I had brought a jar of treats along and called Landon and he came right to me. My son was not a happy young man.

Otherwise I guess the foot is ok. It lets me know when to get off of it. I stopped taking the pain meds so I can feel when the foot has had enough, otherwise if I don't feel the pain, I'll just keep going.

Anyone ever tell you that your foot would heal better if you didn't go jogging around on it? I think you need to borrow a 4 wheeler or a motorized wheelchair. It would save the wear-n-tare on the foot.

And I don't think Craig's List will allow you to rehome your hubby.. or there would be several listed. I am glad your sense of humor is still with you.

How did weeding your garden go? I hope you didn't overdo it. Next time.. get something heavy to get your families attention with... they can help you with the weeding and the things you need to have done. Please take care of yourself. Bless You.. You have been through it.

Thanks for my morning laugh. I can just picture me revving up the dirt road in a motorized wheelchair. LOL. The neighbors would REALLY have something concrete to gossip about then! Especially when it tipped over backward and I rolled back down the hill.

You know, I did ask some of the family to help out a couple of times, but I guess they are too tired or too old at 22 and 23. If they don't help today, I will have to go out and mow the fenced in area the dogs play in. The lovely h won't do that part of the lawn. Just what did you have in mind when you mentioned something heavy?
