| Red Wine on a Cream Colored Quilt I have just discovered some good sized red wine spots on my light cream colored quilt with red stitching. It has probably been there for 2 days. I need recommendations on what to do to clean it....Should I take it to the Dry Cleaners or try a home remedy?

Unless it specifically says dry clean...I wouldn't use that method it's liable to really set the stain. I have used nature's miracle to remove blood and red stains from my carpet. It worked wonderfully. Nothing else would completely remove the red tinge. PS no more drinking in bed...*shakes finger*

| I have used Oxyclean before to get red wine out of an off-white carpet although the wine did set very long. Good luck.

I know, I'm going to strangle my best friend....I dont' drink wine. It really upsets me and I am so mad at him right now. There is no tag on the quilt that says one way or the other.

I'd test a small spot with the Nature's Miracle and see what happens.
