Hoo boy...maybe you could dye the entire thing. I'm kidding...but red stains are hard to remove. Unless it specifically says dry clean...I wouldn't use that method it's liable to really set the stain. I have used nature's miracle to remove blood and red stains from my carpet. It worked wonderfully. Nothing else would completely remove the red tinge.

PS no more drinking in bed...*shakes finger*
