| Start to write a post but delete it before pushing summit? Ive found myself lately starting to reply to posts but not summiting them. Its for a variety of reasons but Ive been doing it alot recently. I guess its because Im starting to not "say" everything that pops into my head. Since I was young my Mom said 'Rachals never had a thought she didnt share with everyone'. Kinda sad feeling, monitoring yourselfs not so much fun. |

I Love My Babies Donating Member | You guys sound down. Why? If you don't like the way things are going on YT... why don't you help change it? There are so many wonderful people here.. and a lot of new ones that could use your advice. I almost deleted this too.. but someone has to care about the other members here. And I do care. So I hope you cheer up and help make this site better. Hugs to all of you.

| Why not think about it a few mins before you type a reply, and then not waste your time typing so you don't have anything to delete? If something bothers you and you want to say something about it, then do that. Say it in a respectful way but don't shut yourself down. Its ok to disagree, its not ok to be passionately rude about it. Good people threatening to leave the board is not going to make this place any better! We need you, and all of you. Don't go just bc of a few bad eggs. Don't read their posts. Don't bother formulating a reply. Realize you cannot help EVERYONE and move on to the people you will know will listen and appreciate your wisdom!! There is one thing on here thats bugging me lately and Im going to say it. There are soooo many posts from people saying that its getting bad on this board and they are leaving. I just wish instead of posting that, that people would just NOT reply to those that are here to instigate. I never ever get aggravated with people on the board. If I read a post that sounds just plain ignorant or assinine I leave it... never post a reply to it. Its a waste of my time and makes me think badly of the board... when its not the board, its just a few members. Most here are wonderful, compassionate, insightful, full of wisdom and kindness. You need to look PAST the bad ones to get the company of the good ones. (((HUGS))) don't leave!
