Cleveland,Ohio Anyone live there?

I'm looking at a fixer upper house in Cleveland,Ohio and wanted to know more from people who live there about the area. this house is on E130th Street off from Broadway. I googled alittle bit of it. But it's not much.
the house has four bedrooms a large fenced yard and is a very cheap price of $1000. down and $200. a month for three years. We've found out there's a couple of fairly nice schools,we could finsh our degrees at. I can't find any info on buses. We don't drive. I have epilepsy and MS so some days aren't the best. My husband has major eye sight probelms ,{he hates the word legally blind and uses a cane} but he does at night or very grey days.

the house in itself needs alot of repairs,drywall everywhere,paint and new floors. and new bathroom fixtures and such. We fiqure about $20K to about $30K. total ugh I'd rather stay here but there's no jobs and no real chances of any kind of jobs.


Our next place to look at is Philiphedia,Penn again fixer house in the middle of the city. Slightly smaller 2 bedroom with a third being used as a office. About $15000. needs work. {almost all the same kind as the first}
