Well I am not really any better today

I have been in so much pain. I am wondering if there is more there that the DR judt did not see.
I have been crying for the last 1/2 hour because I feel so bad that I could not be there at work today for my Manager * she is a good friend of mine* I called up there and she is REALLY busy. I feel so bad.

If I am no better I think I my need to get a xray or mri done

I'm sure your friend will understand. Sometimes an injury feels much worse a day or two after it happens. Do everything your doctor told you. Are you using a heating pad or anything? Taking your medicine on schedule?

Yes the DR said Ice it, no heat? I thought heat was better but no acording to him. I am up for a bit and then lay down for a bit.
I can't do one or the other for long.

Oh Lori, I'm sorry to hear you are not feeling better. Ice is better. I've twinged my neck before too.. hurt like the beegeebees. Took about 4 or 5 days for it to start to come around. Big hugs.

i use the therma patches. they work great.

Well I am still hurting. I think I am going to call and see about getting a xray done or something. this pain is just to much

I have a pretty high tolerance for pain but I just can't handle this any more

I am going to call this morning. They thought it would be feeling better by today but it hasn't. I didn't take any of the heavy pain pills this am so I'll be able to drive to get one.

WE I just got off the Phone with the DR they want to see me at 10:45 they'll do a xray and see what happens from there.
Please Pray it is not to bad.
I just want to be pain free
