| that's great!! so happy for you!! i know you are probably so relieved! and i can tell you are very happy!  i know this market is NOT the best for sellers.. so i am truly happy you sold your home and are moving where you want to be!! YAY!!! cheers to a great weekend!

| We haven't closed on our house yet. We have a few requirements to take care of at our old house before we can close on the other. That will be taken care of by the end of the week and then we'll schedule closings. We are going for a FHA loan so I hope the house we want passes their requirements. Thanks for the prayers - don't stop! It isn't a done deal yet. |
