| It was nice knowing y'all! I just got my work schedule- I work from 8am-5pm tomorrow, thursday, and friday. Saturday and Sunday I work from 10pm-7am. I'm off Monday then I work 4-11pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. What times I'm not working I'll probably be spoiling the pups or trying to sleep. I'm sure my sleep schedule is going to be WACKY b/c of all the different hours. I'll try to check in at least every other day... but sadly I won't be able to be here from 10am- after midnight everyday like I have lately |

I'm hoping once the back to school craziness is over that I'll be working a more predictable schedule. I'm working in the Stationary dept which includes back to school stuff. What a fantastic dept to start off in..hehe. Almost as bad as toys at Christmas. | |

| Good luck tomorrow! I know how hard it is to work a crazy schedule like that. When I worked at the vet school, our weekend shifts were 8am-4pm, 4pm -12am and 12am to 8am...and ya never knew which shift you'd end up with for that weekend. I found it easiest to adjust to the overnight shift by sleeping up until the time I went to work, then staying up a few hours after I got home from work. (LOL now that I confused myself and you) Example...On Friday, try going to sleep soon after you get home from work at 5pm. Then on Saturday, try going back to bed at noon or 1, sleep your 8 hours or however much you need to function. That would put your wake up time at like 8pm- use the next couple hours to shower, eat, etc and then head to work at 10pm. When you get home at 7am, stay awake until you head back to bed around noon or 1 like you did Saturday afternoon. Does that make sense? Belive me, it's hard to change your sleep cycles that frequently. Good luck!
