| ![]() Denise, I have read the complete Maddie story so many times, because it is one of my very favorite and inspiring stories on YT and I remember distinctly how your heart was always leading you in the right direction. It must be speaking to you now also and it hasn't ever been wrong in the past. Just follow what your heart is telling you and there will be your answer. |

| ![]() If you decide to let Maddie stay with them, gosh, what a wonderful unselfish thing to do. I don't know if I could do that or not. They are probably so attached to her and yet what a decision to have to make. I know you will make the right choice, and you know if you do decide to leave her with them you are going to be truly blessed. I don't think God ever lets good deeds go without rewards. |

| ![]() I have followed your ordeal from the beginning...and I still can not express how much my heart goes out to you all! ![]() I do think, like you said, Maddie needs to stay w/ the couple next door. That poor girl has been through so much...and it is wonderful for you to think of others before yourself (especially that precious girl). It sounds like she has found a wonderful place and has enriched the lives of her new owners in so many ways...and a plus...she is just next door. And it sounds like you all have a great relationship w/ each other....so, I think that is an easy choice. (a win-win for you all). I do not know what to think about you getting another Yorkie right now. I mean, your daughter just has started w/ the shots...what if something else happens and you have to rehome another baby? I mean, what would that do to you all again? I would hate to see that happen. I would wait...give it some time.... These are just my thoughts/concerns/opinions....and no one knows what is best for you and your family....other than yourself. Just know....you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. ![]()

| ![]() Miracle Maddie saves the day again! Denise my heart breaks for YOU. I know others have 'sadder' stories when you listen, but your situation is heart breaking as well. Please hang in there and be strong. You will have another baby one day and you can still see Maddie all the time. You are a wonderful, NOT selfish person! Your family's well being and your baby's well being always come first for you. You have a huge generous loving heart. (((HUGS)))

| ![]() I'm so glad your daughter is doing better now that she's on allergy shots, that is really good news! I am actually starting the process of allergy shots myself for my allergies to the furbabies and the allergist had told me it's common for it to take at least 6 months to see any real results and can be up to 5 years before it's a maintenance plan for the shots. Have you talked w/her allergist about adding another furbaby to the home so soon after your daughter beginning her shots? I hope everything works out for you! |
