| Usually heavy metal, but I love J.Geils Band too. I like mostly 80's stuff from when I taught aerobics (the flashdance era pretty much). There's a website called fitpod.com where you can dl a new workout mix every week. And you can dl any or all of their past mixes~ they've got yoga mixes, and they give you the BPM rate so you can decide if it's something that's too fast or too slow for what you want to do. The only bad thing about it is that if there's one cut on it that you don't like, you can't just skip over it.
