Three TBLs is all you should take a day.

I put the extra bags in the freezer---they will last indefinitly.

LOL your comment is on their site - I'm going to look for that - it said 3 tbs per day - now I just have to see where it's sold -no stores in my area are carrying the Bobs Red mill even though their listed on his site

Thank you so much for this information - this HAS to be cheaper than B-12 shots and I really need to do something bad....I'm so tired all the time and it's just not like me

hmmmmm.....it was that plus the cost - I was hoping to find something a bit cheaper - do you really feel that big a difference since using this ??? It's worth it to me if it really works - and WAY cheaper than seeing a doctor lol

what are you taking it for if I can ask ????

Hahaha I haven't ever gotten one of the B12 SHOTS, but I do take the B12 vitamins and they really do seem to help me Sometimes I take the B12 Dots (the ones that dissolve under your tongue), and other times I take the Stress B12 (LOVE those....LOL!!)

LOL you must have a great system - I take B12 vitamins everyday and could nod out on them - easy. like right now.

I really do------I was napping everyday mid afternoon and now I am typing here instead.

For PMS relief------ the older I get, the closer to murder I get fro 3 days a month.

I work for a family practice doctor. I think the B12 only helps if your anemic. I know they also give them to people who have had gastric bypass surgery. We used to give them to each other when we had hangovers. It seemed to help but was probably just in our heads!!!! LOL

I am going to have to check into that....every time I ask my doctor about a B12 shot, he acts as if it isn't needed!

I know my mother went to a diet doctor that gave her the B12 shot along with diet pills to loose weight and it worked for the most part and my mom wouldn't take the pills much if any......but she said that the B12 shot helped her loose inches...maybe that was all in her head though but she did loose ALOT..

My friend introduced me to taking it in the morning after a night of drinks and I SWEAR it works! I love it

A couple years ago my sister and her husband was in big time with Quixtar/Amway and they sell a drink called XS Quixtar - XS Energy Drinks Its an energy drink but its good for you....it has all vitamins in it, some have either low or no carbs in it and its sugar free, you get your energy from the b-12 in it. They are really good....I havent had any in a long time because my sister isnt active in the business anymore but they do give you energy, and I loved them. They have a bunch of different flavors. I'm thinking about ordering some for me again....cuz I miss them and I could use the extra energy right now lol.
