was wondering what vitamins we should be taking ? right now i take
a multi vitamin and vitamin e. i think i should be taking maybe
omega fish oil? and maybe vitamin d or k...
anyone???

Hi there , I take a multi vitamin B12 and a C . So I guess you and I are the only member's for the 45 Club .

Nope, not the only one. I am in the way over 45 club! I probably should be taking a vitamin or something, but I don't take anything, but 2 advils when I go to bed.

I am 46 and take Women's Once daily. It is supposed to have everything you need.
