|  My condolences to you for the loss of your friend. Sorry you had to see the poor Beagle get hurt...but thank goodness you did. As you stated others simply drove right by or around him. I pray they were able to spare his dear life...thank you so much for helping him! Hugs to you from me...you deserve it!
