| Tofu Can left over tofu be frozen? I have the extra firm kind. I used it in some Yakisoba. I could handle one more meal this week using it in a stir fry. I hate to waste it. If it can't be frozen, does anyone have any other ideas for how to use it up? Can I substitute it for ground meat in recipes?

| You can refrigerate it for a while, but freezing it would change the composition of tofu, as when it comes out of the freezer, it's not the same any more... |

| If you freeze it and then defrost, its just not the same either too watery or too solid.
