BANNED FOR NOT MAILING PRODUCTS PURCHASED | Sleep.... I have slept with my arm up, under my pillow, laying on my belly for as long as I can remember. My left shoulder is starting to give me trouble and my hubby is convinced it's the way I sleep. I have tried and tried to sleep with my arm down and more on my side, but it is just giving me restless sleeps. As soon as I move to my position that is comfy for me, I'm out like a baby! How do you sleep? Is this why my shoulder is hurting me? How can I change my sleeping position? |

| That is exactly how I sleep and sometimes my shoulder does bother me and I wonder if its from sleeping that way also. I cannot sleep any other way though either. I have to go on my stomache with my arm under my pillow/head to sleep. Maybe firmer higher pillows that are comfy without your arm under the pillow may help you find a new position to sleep in. I dunno! If you do find something though let me know cuz I need help with that also!

| That's exactly how I sleep too! Now and then, I get up and my shoulder hurts so bad that I can hardly move my arm for a while. I'm sure it's not good for us to sleep that way, but if it's the only way we can sleep, what can we do. I'll be watching this thread.

| Thats usually how I sleep. Sometimes I'll sleep on my back with my right arm up on top of my pillow and I lean my head on my arm. I don't know why but, it works when I can't fall asleep on my stomach.
