| Am I worried for nothing? I was wondering if anyone has ever had knots on the inside of your foot? This evening I noticed two small knots on the inside of my foot. I doubt it's anything, but curious if anyone else has experienced this or what it could be. I worry about everything! LOL

| There's something called reflexology. It says that all body functions are somehow connected to the feet. I do know that when I can't sleep I rub my feet and it relaxes me every time. There are times that I have knots here or there on my foot that are very tender. Rubbing those spots help me feel better. Hope this "bumping" will help get you a better answer. Maybe googling might give you an answer.

| Hi Tilly's mom, It's not by the big toes is it-? It's not a bunion-bony overgrowth on each foot is it? Could you take a picture of it or is it small and only felt? I had a claw toe surgery a few years ago and so I am into my feet too these days!

| It's not my my toe, its right on the arch of my foot. My hubby thinks it may be two big veins but I dunno. It's not like that on the other side. It's not like a callus (sp) and it's like to pea size bumps, nothing huge. You can't see it unless I am standing up.

| I didn't know you could get those on your feet. Hmmm... My brother has one on his wrist and my dad and grandpa have them on their arms. Mine looks smaller but feel the same.
