I know this is really immature, but I would pick it up, put it in a brown paper bag, put it on his porch, light it on fire, then ring the doorbell and run! That is one thing that has always made me mad, people letting their dogs poop whereever and just leaving it!

My mom had this raised planter in her front yard that everyone let there dogs poop in when they walked by and she was getting fed up with it. She found a sign at a craft festival that looked like a tombstone and she made a mound of dirt and put the headstone above it. The sign said: Here he lies, cold and hard, the last da*n dog that pooped in my yard! She didn't have anymore poop there and then someone stole her sign!! (BTW, my mom likes dogs, she would never hurt one, just in case someone takes this the wrong way!!)
