| it depends on which pills you take, if they release a steady amount of hormones you can just skip the iron pills and go right into your next pack and you will not bleed, however if you have the ones that fluctuate week to week I would just go to your dr they will give you some pills to take when i had the nuva ring if i didnt feel like having period i would just replace the new one when i removed the old one and not wait the week I had no problems(and no period)

| I had talked to my doctor about taking Seasonale but it is so expensive. That's when my doctor said that you can do the same thing with any birth control that has a steady dose of hormones. I was taking Desogen/Apri. My best friend is doing it with the NuvaRing.
