I think it's a great idea and a very nice thing for you to do. What you can do is open a free site i.e. bravenet.com which may include a forum section or a guestbook. People can ask you questions in there. As admin said, they don't allow linking to other Yorkie forums here on YT, so just make sure the forum you have is just for question asking.  I think you should do it.
