| I HATE shopping for clothes!!! Ugh! I am so depressed, I've spent all day at the mall trying to find a dress to wear to my friend's wedding on Saturday. I HATE shopping for clothes! Nothing ever seems to fit right..it's too big in some places, too small in others, way too long, too clingy, too itchy, the wrong color, seriously this list could go on forever.... I know I can just alter something BUT I DON'T WANT TO!! I want to walk into a store, see something I like, try it on and voila! It fits!!! Okay, sorry I needed to vent...

| I hear ya! I absolutely hate shopping for clothes but I b!tch all the time about having none. If I had the money to go into the kind of stores that have my kind of stuff, it wouldn't be so hard...... but I'm 36 years old buying clothes in the Jr. section. There comes a time when you want to dress a little older than 16. I need a new wardrobe so bad it's pitiful.

| I feel you! I have the big booty and the smaller waist, so nothing fits right. So, it makes shopping for purses and shoes sooo much fun cause they ALWAYS fit!

| LOL! I wish I could! That would make life so much simplier, wouldn't it?! I totally agree about the shoe thing! Clothing designers need to take a lesson from shoe designers...there may be a little variation in sizing but it's never usually more than a size or two HOWEVER, clothing seems to be whatever size they feel like. I tried on one dress that was a size 10 and it fit decently. Tried on another that was a 13/14 that didn't even come close to zipping!

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | I so feel for ya. I was just dress shopping for my friends' wedding...about drove me nuts. Plus honestly I didn't want to spend a ton of money on it as I don't forsee wearing it too many time and I had to buy clothes for my daughters as well and we had to get tuxes for my hubby and son as they are part of the party. ICK..I so hate shopping for clothes. I need a model's body so I can fit in the stuff out there. The mommy body is surely not something on the top of their list of clothes to design for.

| Want my advice? Go with pants or capris. These days, no one HAS to wear a dress anywhere. I've worn nice pants outfits to my last two funerals and weddings. I was so much more comfortable (both before when shopping and during). They have super cute or really nice capri outfits, or nice slacks always fit in.

Ya know, you probably are right. I didn't even look for any pants because I was so set on a dress.

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | OMG I had a wishful thought of going in sweats or a velour sweat suit..lol. Wishful thinking. I also contemplated the naked thing but don't want to gross out the general public...lol.
