| Oh, the velour sweat suit for sure. It's more dressy.

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Jeeze you sure ain't lying. It's so frustrating trying to find the right size since ever designer wants to cut stuff a bit differently. I wanted to go abit more casual but it will be a super nice wedding so it's a no go. Plus I have to step it up..I am a bit heavier than I would like right now and don't want to feel like the fat unattractive girl...lol. Plus with both my men in tuxes I want to look really nice.

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | I would be sure not to wear my white or off white one so it wouldn't clash with the bride...lol.

| hmmmm, maybe we could bring the moo-moo back. I don't like trying to find things that fit nice either. I'm ur ah top heavy and where I should be wearing a size small or med. I buy large orextra large and then they just hang on me. Dresses, hahaha, can't find ANY that fit. I always have to have them made when I need one. Pants, ha, another disaster. Fit the bod and way too long. |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Lemme tell you I normally wear a size 8. I ended up buying a dress that was a 13 in juniors. I would love to melt the 15 lbs but it ain't happening unless I stop eating and wire my frigging jaw shut. The funny thing is they keep telling me eat more so you can speed up your metabolism...sure you want me to force myself to eat more. Does that sound right to you?

| Well, is there a Davids' Bridal in your area?... They have all types of dresses and gowns in every size possible, and are very affordable... Sometimes, the clearance racks are full of bargains... I bought my gown there for my daughers Sweet 16's and I paid $45, it was about 75% off... If you dont have one close to you, go online toWedding Dresses, Bridesmaid Gowns and Accessories from David's Bridal Good Luck with your search! I just searched, and in Kansas they have 4 stores... Maybe one is close to your town! Last edited by nygee; 04-22-2008 at 08:50 PM. |
