| I know this thread will get closed or deleted but I have to say I'm curious too. Kimmie is a friend of mine and she has no idea why she got banned. I would hope no one here would get in trouble for asking a question.

We noted it as such because this affects our community, as we have done when members have been banned for scamming other members or for not sending a YorkieTalk Gift Exchange gift. A YorkieTalk member custom developed the graphics and theme for MalteseTalk, our sister site. MalteseTalk has been online since 2005 and the graphics for MalteseTalk were done in 2005. All graphics on YorkieTalk and MalteseTalk are copyrighted and owned by YorkieTalk, MalteseTalk, and the original poster if it is posted by a member. Mz_s3ski_Kitt3n has stolen MalteseTalk graphics for commercial use without the express written consent of YorkieTalk or MalteseTalk. Intellectual property theft is a serious crime. We do not take theft lightly and will not allow people to steal from our community and from our members. Our Terms of Use indicate that all graphics and work is copyrighted and that "You agree that you will not copy any content without the expressed written approval of YorkieTalk" as does MalteseTalk. Mz_s3ski_Kitt3n did not get any approval nor did she ask for such permission. She simply stole our work, and claimed it as her own, and this has been for several weeks. |
