I haven't been but some of my kids have. I think your godson would enjoy it. It all depends on what parts you go to, I would definitely take him to the aquarium to see the penguins, etc.

| A couple of my kids have been and think it's too pricey for what they offer, but it's close to us and is probably worth going to once.

| I have been there several times....once with the grandkids. They had a BALL. The aquarium is fantastic and the rain forest was awesome. We even took the ride on the paddle boat. It was a fun experience for all of us!!!! Have a great time. I'm sure all of you will love it.

| We went to Gaveston about 9 years ago I had planned on camping out so we would have money to go to Moody Gardens and the other big one they have there but my plans changes as soon as we pulled up and saw poisionous snakes camp @ your own risk signs we were lucky to get a motel @ Cas Del Mar and had a room right on the beach front but didn't get to much else. The brouchures looked like it would be lots of fun.

| We went to Moody Gardens last year - it is a little expensive, but all the things are fun and interesting. I think your Godson will enjoy it and you too!

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Yes! They're beautiful! Even more, I enjoyed touring the houses in Galveston - the best, I think, is Bishops Palace (wasn't that first owned by the Moodys?) - and there are a couple others that are fantastic!

| We went about ten years ago and really enjoyed it. Both of our boys liked it too. The rainforest was awesome!
