Her Story?? Are you kidding me? She shouldnt have a story. Well said. I hope these girls -- PLUS the 2 guys who were lookouts -- get the maximum sentence available. What they did to that young girl was vicious, well thought and planned out and absolutely disgusting. I read on CNN that they were laughing when they were arrested. They apparently did not think that they would face such serious consequences because they didn't seem at all remorseful. Shame on them!

I heard he has regretted his decision in having done so...You'd think Mr. Hows That Working For Ya, would have had better sense that that in the first place....Ya Dr Phil what where you thinking!!!

I think if he has the audacity of bring her on the show for her to "tell her story" he will have one too many people sick of him. I am not a fan of Dr. (and I use that term loosely) Phil.

I agree. If there is anyone out there who thinks that she or any of the other girls and the 2 boys deserve to tell THEIR side of the story, please watch this video again:

I'm sure this video will change their mind. That poor girl. Not only did they pummel her repeatedly (and mostly in the face) but look at their faces on the video ... they actually ENJOYED it. SICK! I bet they had a good old laugh at that poor girls expense after she was finally able to leave the house. I'd also be willing to bet that they never in a million years thought they'd go to jail, be tried as ADULTS and face such severe charges that carry big jail sentences. They probably thought they would just get suspended from school or something else like that -- "a slap on the wrist" basically.

I really hope the 6 girls and the 2 boys involved get the MAX sentence allowed under the law. If they get away with this, then many others will follow suit and we'll see more disturbing videos like this one on My Space and You Tube.

Let's pray that JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED for Victoria Lindsay.

I think it is disgusting what you have done recently. Getting yourself involved in this story of this poor young girl who gets beaten up by her so called "friends". And what do you do instead help the victim?? YOU BAIL OUT THE CRIMNAL. What were you thinking?? I used to have some respect for you and your advice, but after seeing what you did with Britney (I gave you benefit of the doubt on that one) and now with his story, it sickens me that you're allowed to sit up there and give advice. When clearly you are a very selfish and disturbed man, to free a criminal for your stupid ratings. I, along with any friends I've ever had will be spreading the word to boycott your show and anything you are affiliated with. Please know I am not the only one who feels this way. You can see how others feel about your disgusting actions on this forum:

He's trying to blame it one some poor low level guy. Yeah some low level guy took it on his own to come up with this girl's bail, which I heard was $33,000, without Dr. Phil having any idea. It makes him even more despicable that he's lying about it.

Looks like the good doc might be doing some damage control.....It's such a shame when criminals become sought after and then they make the rounds on all the talk shows, news shows, mag. covers, and some even will write books...I watch none of it ......as soon as I hear who's on I change the channel, I refuse to participate.......
