Ped Egg I know I saw a thread about this product here but I have searched and searched and the search response says nothing found. Anyway, I bought the platinum model and I can tell you that I can't live without this product. My feet and especially heels have been in terrible shape for years with dry, thick callouses that cracked and bled. I was so embarrassed I would not go barefoot or wear sandals in the summer. I heard about the Ped Egg here and saw it on TV and did not believe that it would be able to help my terrible feet. After the first use my dry heels were baby soft. I can't believe it! I had tried every cream, buffer, file, cutter and stone on the market to no avail. 5 minutes with the Ped Egg is all it took. Now I use it once a week to keep my feet baby soft. I'm actually looking forward to wearing sandals this summer for the first time in years. I highly recommend this product. It will be the best $10 or so that you ever spent. |
Thanks for the info on this product. I've seen the commercials and I was wondering if it really worked. I have to work really hard to keep my heels soft because I love to wear my Flojos year round. I put those babies on as soon as I get home from work. I had about 4 pairs and now I only have 1 pair because Chunk loves to chew on them. I guess it's time to get some more. Do you have a web link to it? |
Thank you for the info! I saw that commercial a while ago and was wondering if it really works:) |
Hi! :wave4: I'm new and someone suggested posting on off topic things to get to know more people. This is something I've got a little knowledge on. Bad feet run in my family, not necessarily callouses but cracking and dryness. Pumicing works well enough but takes so much effort. I went in to the store a week or two ago and saw the Ped Egg, when I asked how it'd been selling she told me about another customer that liked it so much she called and told the sales lady to tell anyone that's even considering it to buy it! Well that was a good enough pitch for me, I bought it. If it didn't work $10 wasn't going to kill me. Well, I'm sorry to go against everyone else but so far it hasn't done anything for me. I've spent some time with it and my feet and I've noticed no difference. Maybe it's only for callouses and my dry cracked feet just aren't meant for it. Hate to be negative but that's my two cents, in case it helps anyone! |
I have one and it is the absolute best thing ever! I am really bad about going barefoot and this has saved my feet. I got mine a t Sally's Beauty Supply and my Bed Bath and Beyond also has them. Seriously, don't even hesitate to buy one- you will love it! I had a Tweezerman rasp type thing that seems like it would be similar but this is SOOO much better! |
i have one too, i bought it on hsn. its pretty good |

I have another cutter that works "well enough", but you've all convinced me to see if this is even better. |

I always thought it would hurt our heels! How silly I am! I don't have problems with my heels during winter since I wear socks and boots, but in the summer time, I mostly wear sandals, I have to 'clean up' my heels once in a while. I am definitely going to buy one of those! |
Oh i want to get one for my hubby his feet are grossssssss i thought i would be a great fathers day present ( is that bad lol ) so does it hurt at all when you do it ? |
I ordered one from ebay, yesterday........my heels will be a great test for it! |

I have the Ped Egg, and I LOOOOOVE this product. My feet aren't *that* bad most of the time, but I wear heels alot. I get dry skin around the very bottom of my heels and callouses on the ball of my foot from the shoes. Ped Egg completely eliminated both problems, and the Dr Miracle's Foot Cream was the icing on the cake... |
Got the Ped Egg at CVS yesterday. Gave my heels a good workout last night and am silky smooth today. Now, I need to get the lotion and maintain! |
Going bare-foot, wearing sandles and such and never sanding and putting lotion on your feet will definately cause them to look terrible when they are so dry, calloused and cracked. I find if I just use a very abrasive emery board (the Ped-Egg will also be fine) once a week, then put Jergens Ultra Healing Lotions and then socks, either during the day or wear the socks to bed, your feet will stay nice and soft. http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/cvs/gatewa...?prodid=349619 |
Cool!!!!!!!!!I am going to buy one for my friend who is diabetic and have an awful time with her feet. Thanks for posting!! Great info!! |
