I'm still trying to decide if I want to spend my $10 on this. :p Did you guys notice a difference the first time you use it? Does it hurt/tickle? How often do you have to use it? What kind of batteries does it take?

Guess I gotta get it....saw it on tv but didn't want to jump and buy any gadget they come out with. After reading about it here i just have to buy it. Now my pedicures will be for massage instead of getting rid of dead skin and callouses:D

It takes no batteries. It does not hurt or tickle. For me, it worked great the first time I used it. My heels went from dry and cracked to baby soft. I now use it once a week if that to keep my feet smooth and soft.

ok.. Im a sucker for this thing..so I am on my way to go get one.. and Gizmo will be able to try out his new bag.. do I need to buy a special creme or do you do it dry?

First time I've seen this thread here. I ordered one when my husband saw
the info on tv. I got it last week and I would have never believed my feet
could look or feel this good again in my life. I love it,love it,love it!! It is
the most valued thing I own! My daughters are already trying to steal it
from me...

Do it dry. I apply cream afterward and every day to keep my feet soft and smooth.

Wow this pedi egg sounds amazing! I literally just got back from buying one of those grinder/cheese grater looking things so smooth your feet. I should've read this first. I think I'll have to go back to the store now!

well I tried it... and it works ok.... I really expected it to blow me away but it didn't , my feet arent too bad but my moms feet are pretty bad.. I went over to try it on her feet and her heals are cracked(she's old and its hard for her to reach her feet...) anyhow it made a little difference but I wonder of some other type of foot file would of done the same thing? Did it take several times for those of you with really dry cracked feet to see the difference? Ohhh.. and I also bought the Curel Target Therapy Foot Cream that says noticably softer smoother feet in 2 nights?

I saw them up front near the registers; there is like a section of seen on tv type stuff.

Aw, sorry it wasn't as good as you were hoping. I have a Tweezerman foot file that was quite a bit more than the Pedegg and I think the Pedegg is 100%better. Maybe your mom just needs a few sessions with it. I've used the Curel and I like it but I'm going to try the Bath and Body Works next now that I'm hearing how good it is.

does anyone know what is inside it that makes it remove the dead skin....is it a blade or pumice??? Just curious.....till I can get out to buy one.

Just got mine this weekend...I will let you know how it goes this weekend when I use it. I hate having use so many things...hoping this one works as well as they say.

It's a little bitty grater thing. On the commercial they show it zesting a lemon and it would make a great zester (as long as you didn't use it on your feet of course:p).

I have used mine for a week now and am totally in love with it... it works wonders and my feet have never been so smooth and soft :-)

Fyi, You Need To Replace The Blades!
 
Just an FYI, the file/blade mechanism does dull after a while and needs to be replaced. PedEgg has a club where they send you replacement files, buffers and cream every few months. If interested, PM me and I will get you the info. You can probably just google PedEgg club.

its on mine too. I decided to hold off on buying one after hearing it didn't run on batteries and it sounded pretty much like my file from the $1 store. As long as I use it every other day it keeps my feet nice.

Trust me....you will find it is nothing like what you already have. My bathroom cabinet is filled with every product known to man to deal with this problem. NOTHING compares to the PedEgg.

I know my sister needs it! LOL.... Can you use it even if your feet is smooth? I put lotion and baby oil on my feet and legs everyday

You don't need it if your feet are smooth. This is for those that have a problem with calluses on their feet. I have them because I go barefoot so much.

I just have a really hard time keeping a pair of shoes on my feet. ;) Must be from running the beaches all the time. They were always fine in those days but now I get calluses. They are awful. The Ped Egg helped tremendously. Once and only once I let someone 'razor' my feet :eek: at a beauty salon in southern CA....I was so nervous the whole while. It didn't do the job well enough to go through that again! (It was also illegal...I don't know why I let her talk me into it!)

So, no....if you have pretty feet....soft feet...you don't need it! What a blessing!
