Oh, I'm soooo sorry this didn't work for you. But maybe if you combine two therapies - a high quality lotion specially designed for cracked heels along with the "Egg", you'll start to see improvement. Don't give up. I wish I remembered the type of lotion my mom tried - she always had a problem with cracking heels. But I know it was specially formulated for cracked heels.

I have another cutter that works "well enough", but you've all convinced me to see if this is even better.

I just purchased one online from ebay for $2.75 and with s/h total came to $7.75, didn't find it cheaper anywhere else online.

I always thought it would hurt our heels! How silly I am!

I don't have problems with my heels during winter since I wear socks and boots, but in the summer time, I mostly wear sandals, I have to 'clean up' my heels once in a while. I am definitely going to buy one of those!

Oh i want to get one for my hubby his feet are grossssssss i thought i would be a great fathers day present ( is that bad lol ) so does it hurt at all when you do it ?

I have the Ped Egg, and I LOOOOOVE this product. My feet aren't *that* bad most of the time, but I wear heels alot. I get dry skin around the very bottom of my heels and callouses on the ball of my foot from the shoes. Ped Egg completely eliminated both problems, and the Dr Miracle's Foot Cream was the icing on the cake...

Got the Ped Egg at CVS yesterday. Gave my heels a good workout last night and am silky smooth today. Now, I need to get the lotion and maintain!

Going bare-foot, wearing sandles and such and never sanding and putting lotion on your feet will definately cause them to look terrible when they are so dry, calloused and cracked.
I find if I just use a very abrasive emery board (the Ped-Egg will also be fine) once a week, then put Jergens Ultra Healing Lotions and then socks, either during the day or wear the socks to bed, your feet will stay nice and soft.
