MY Daughters Friend is over tonite and she stinks!!!!!! Ive had to open the bedroom window to stop my nose from burning and Im planning to wash ALL bedding the moment she leaves. How sad is it that a 9 year old can smell that horrible. |
as in needs a bath stinks?? |
That is such a shame! Her parents are not showing her proper hygiene, I feel its their fault, because grant it she should be bathing and keeping good care of herself but its her mothers job to teach her and show her. Imagine when she hits puberty how much worse its going to be:( |
ohhhhh.... This is so sad, poor little girl, just can't believe people! Glad she has your daughter as a friend! |
Oh gosh that is sad. What the hell is wrong with her parents..hygiene is a must for children. Might be indicative of some abuse or neglect at home. |
She smells in a very odd way. Dirt and sweat yes but theres another level to it I just dont know what it is. Its so odd. |

Yeah...what she said. Do you know the parents? Been to their house? Seen their house? |
Ive never been in their house. The girls know each other from dance classes. I see the Mom 2 times a week for an hour each class. I know they arent the most clean but this is way more than normal. Im guessing they might not bath on weekends. She smells kinda like Pinesol floor cleaner maybe... |
Does it smell anything like this? "A strong smell that might resemble urine, or an unusual chemical smell like ether, ammonia or acetone." |
I don't want to scare you, but this could be serious. One reason she might smell like that is if her parents have a meth lab in their house. If you have any friends in law enforcement, social work or anything like that. You might ask them to "drop by" and see if the smell is the same. |

Oy can you imagine if it were that. |
I'm praying it's not. |
Maybe they took clothest out of the hamper. My youngest daughter is a slob...she never smells or wears dirty clothes but I can see how some lazy kids might do it. |
