| Hi, I do flex, you can eat everything all the time, with core you can eat more of somethings but you are restricted on others. I do not trust myself with core, I have no shut off valve, and need to be given limits. Good luck |

| I started WW on January 3rd of this year and at last night's meeting I have lost a total of 26.8 lbs using the Flex plan. I love it because I can eat whatever I want as long as I include it in my points.

| There are lots of ways to join and pay. It would be best for you to check out there site, and see if you wan't o do at home, online, or meetings. I have found that my shopping has gone up. It seems to be more expensive to get healthy food, but if you compare prices you should be fine. |

| great job. I just started the Flex program on Tuesday. It has been pretty easy. It is a little rough getting used to having to measure portions and watch everything I am eating, but hey thats why I need the program in the first place! |

| I LOVE the flex plan.. I just started back AGAIN, last week, and lost 3.4 lbs. the first week and I actually had a hard time eating ENOUGH points.. haha... I lost 85 lbs. on WW the first time, and gained every ounce back when I had my daughter.. and she just turned 17... its about time I take it off again.. haha I chose the monthly pass because it is so much more inexpensive AND if I have already paid them, I will keep going... lol good luck!
