| It turned out o.k...the recipe calls for 3/4cup soy sauce, I would next time probably do half of that! Also, you have to get the fat out of the sauce, make sure you do that or it's too oily, or maybe don't put a lot of sauce on your final plate. It was my first time making it, so I'm sure after some practice I"ll get better. It's my favorite food, but for some reason it didn't turn out as good. One thing we also added was adobo seasoning. If you guys want to try it, if you have any Filipino restaurants or stores by you they might have some already made, the ones by our house usually do.
