Ham - either cut into cubes or shredded into bite sized pcs) Grape tomatoes - halved or regular beefsteak type (I like them juicy, flavors pasta well) or you can even use canned diced. green pepper - diced Any type of pasta you prefer, elbow, rotini or penne, etc., parmesan cheese. onion - optional salt/pepper garlic powder parsley 1/2 Hellman's mayo and 1/2 plain yogurt (to make it a little more healthy) green onion, white and green parts - optional - gives it a fresh flavor You can add other veggies as well, cut up broccoli, celery, asparagus, cucumber-really good on a hot day! Cook pasta, rinse with warm water, cut up ham, tomatoes, green pepper, In a large bowl, mix everything except pasta and season to taste. I make sure that the mix is really wet because the pasta and cheese will absorb the moisture. Taste before adding salt, parmesan may make it salty enough. Toss really well and then add pasta. I substitute tuna for the ham also, leave out garlic powder. Enjoy!

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Why don't you make GREEN Ham and Eggs, as in: make an arugula pesto for the ham and then do a sassy poached egg that you lay over the top of the ham (where the ham is gracefully, beautifully covered in the green sauce). Yum. I adore off the wall dishes such as this - and arugula pestos too.

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | My dad kind of warms it up and throws in on some veggies in the wok with it and sort of stir fry's it up. Taste good. I will ask the exact procedure when he gets home and pm you.
