| I don't know how to get rid of them, but down here, a lady bug in the house is supposed to mean good luck. I can't imagine having them all over the inside of my house. You probably feel about them like we feel about love bugs! They get in everything and you can't get rid of them!! |

| Love bugs are little flying black bugs - they are called love bugs, because they are "doing the deed" constantly, as a matter of fact, they remain, shall we say "attached" even while flying. At certain times of the year, we have clouds of them. They smush on your car when you drive and you have to be sure to wash them off immediately, because the "juice" will destroy the paint job on a car within 24 hours. They get in your car, your house, your hair, on your clothes and they will fly into your mouth if you aren't careful!! |

| You must live in the country too!!! We get them by the thousands and last year we decided to try a new technique. For about 2 weeks when they just started coming out and "grouping" in those big bunches...we shop-vac'd them up and eliminated them. We found they were much reduced in number the rest of the year...even again in the fall when that starts all over again. And there were no eggs laid in our window screens this year either!!! It was a bit time consuming but at least you could sit outside without being ladybug'd. Good Luck!

| Well, I guess I wouldnt like them inside either!!LOL One time I hatched out praying mantis coccoon and I had itsy, bitsy babies in my living room. I carefully caught everyone of them and put them in the garden. How do they get in your house? I guess they are just scarce here. |

| Marci, I am going to send my son to stay w/you for awhile. He has a lady bug house (habitat) that he collects them and keeps them in. He loves them. We grew butterflies over the summer and he kept collecting lady bugs and adding them to the butterfly habitat!
