| I HATE doing them too. Well, let me rephrase that - I hated doing them. Now I don't mind at all and actually enjoy it. I use TaxAct online, easy as pie and fast too! |

Thanks. I've never been that good with numbers, but I've only been doing taxes for 3 or so years now, so I am still getting used to it (or trying to, haha).

| Ugh, I hate tax time. We have to have a lawyer and a CPA work on ours this year. We sold our family farm and also bought a new house. So we will have capital gains and all that stuff that I don't understand. I know we will have to pay this year but I am hoping that maybe I could do them myself next year. Still waiting on our lawyer to call and tell us how much we have to pay. Our lawyer is also a friend and he has done our taxes for the last 30 year. Still have to pay him $250.00.

| haha... I work with numbers all day long (but not a full blown CPA) and absolutely love it. I've known as long as I can remember that this is what I wanted to do for a living.... BUT I still hate dealing with taxes and never want to do ours myself. As long as my tax accountant charges as little as he does, he'll do them for us! I honestly think I'd rather have a couple root canals than sit down and deal with an income tax return..... and that's no exaggeration!
