Where would you live??? If you could move ANYWHERE in the world to live where would you move to and why???? I would move to Barbados. I spent 1/2 of each year there for 10 years and developed a love for the Island. Also have some extended family there! How about you? |
ST Thomas or San Juan. I love these places. My husband and I are planning on moving to one or the other when our daughter grads from school and goes to college. Which is 12-13 yrs from now, but its a goal we are working torwards. |
Mine would be NYC. My family lives out there and I absolutely love it there. When I was still in school, years ago, I would get to spend the whole summer, now I spend a week there every year. As for the Why.....THE YANKEES!!!! :D |
maui * you get the beauty of being on an isolated island and the protection of still being in the usa. i will retire there in the future. if it's good enough for oprah and all her dogs we should be fine. lol... |
Definitely Hawaii but Id be happy in Florida and hope to move there in the future |
Somewhere in Italy. I've never been, but i think its beautiful and would be a fun place to live. |
St. John or Fiji, I am such a water baby and I think I would just die if I didnt live near the sea:island2: :island2: |
I would move back to NJ and buy a home in my sister's development to be close to her after retirement, however, I can' leave my grandchildren:( It's only 2 1/2 hrs away but I just can't leave them and not see them grow up daily and be involved somewhat in their lives. I think about it everyday. |
I would move to the Maldives. I've been twice and the surfing is the best I've ever experienced along with the diving. Second would be Tuscany. Each time it feels like coming home. |
Probably an island in the Caribbean! |
Don't know where this would be but here are my criteria: Temp between 65 and 75 degrees all the time Mountains and ocean Lots of trees and vegetation No BIG bugs or lizards or alligators or poisonous "things":D A home with acerage so I can have more/bigger dogs.:) Hmmm, did I miss anything???? |

I would LOVE to live in Greece..especially Santorini!! I have neevr visited..but that is my number one place I want to see in the next 10 years! |
I would love to move back to Malaysia. Nice and warm and good food not to mention the food there is very affordable too. |
I think I would have to move back home, so I would go back to Puerto Rico. The majority of my family and my husband's family live there. Plus it would just bring back my childhood memories. |

For me, omg, how would I choose: Amalfi Coast of Italy (gorgeous coast, "la dolce vita") Greece (water, charm, "joie de vivre") Amsterdam (lovely, open people; architecture, charm; SO old world) Hawaii (reeeeeeeeeeeelax, hubby likes to dive) Bali (tranquility - to really just live and breathe and be) Prague (when I want to fee "wintry") Copenhagen (when I want to feel free and liberated and sparse) South of France (for food, wine, culture, and my ancestry) New Zealand (love how they seem to rebel against dogma) ....I could go on and on..... GAWD, I don't know!! Honestly, Bali would probably be the most healthy for me since I am clearly neurotic, over analytical, can't make up my mind about anything - and the Buddhist, peaceful influence of Bali would clearly be of benefit! :p |

I hear ya. Any place warm would be a real treat. Is it ever going to end? It has been exceptionally cold, I don't know if the layered look is in, but that is the way I am dressed today.lol Janice |

Wow you all are very against seasonal weather. I was born in Minnesota so I was used to very cold winters. I can't stand hot summers anymore. I would live out in the woods or on a ranch in Montana or Wyoming. Or my big time dream would be to live in Maine. I like to see the changes in the seasons and I like to see snow, spring, flowers, and those autumn colors. |
