How can i block a number from calling my daughter - Page 2 - YorkieTalk.com Forums

I went through something like that when I was in hs. I actually finished out my sophmore year which was hell because the girls were in almost all of my classes. It came to the point where I couldn't even go to church because they went there too. Anyway I ignored them, changed my number, and went to private school. They still started rumors, but I kept letting it role off my back... The best thing is to change the number... I feel so bad for your daughter having to go through this...

there number can be blocked from calling through, but, I would have to go look in the phone book to see which 2 numbers follow the * button...You have to hit the * and 2 numbers right after the person calls you..I had an older lady that kept screwing up and calling my number, so, I blocked her, and it's been sooo nice....now, that's not to say though that this girl may not call from a pay phone or another number.

yeah I would just change her number.... I know its a pain, but its really the most final way to get those girls to just stop. Kids can be sooo mean! Your daughter is a sweetie and does not need this crap in her life! Im sorry to hear you and her have to go through this!

YES...its not just one girl, but 7 of them. its crazy, so are girls that lauryn dont even know, they just know the other girl in on it. its just crazy

the only prob about changing the number is that she is still friends with some of the kids from that school and even if she tells them not to give it out...well you know how kids are. i think they will just end up getting it again. i'm getting ready to call verzion how. i'm trying to stay out of it, but man i could just tell these girls off. hahahahaha

Don't do anything just yet. My bf works for Verizon, so I'll ask him and see if they can block the numbers. If they can, I'll PM you for your number and he'll have one of his guys call you.

I'll let you know as soon as I talk to him.

awesome!!! they are mostly just texting crap. i did call verzion before i got seen this and they said i couldnt block text only if it was coming from an email or website
