| With me it was not so much what I craved it's what I could not eat. Before pregnancy (21 years ago) I snacked on sunflower seeds constantly. So as soon as we found out I was pregnant, Jimmie bought me a huge bag or roasted sunflower seeds. I could not stand them at all the whole time I was pregnant. Afterwards I was back to eating them I did eat ice a lot.

| With my son I craved beef manhattan throughout my whole pregnancy. YUMMY! I never had weird cravings. I wanted the McRib at one point in my pregnancy, (when McDonalds didn't have it), and at the end I ate fruit like crazy.

| With my daughter it was cereal, strawberries and those Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes. With my son I didn't really have any big cravings. |

| I LOVE the noodle soup, especially w/ lemon in it, I can just drink the broth like that, put it in a thermos and go!

| What a great thread!! A lot of you gave me a great laugh with you food & smells. I spent 9 mths sick over almost everything I ate and smelled - had to drink enough water to keep hydrated - couldn't stand the smell of any meat etc. But the one thing I absolutely could keep down was grapefruit. I ate huge grapefruits with no problems -- and I'm convinced all that vitamin C made my daughter super smart -- couldn't have been those horse pills they call maternity vitamins, cuz I couldn't keep those down either.I love watermelon, so I know towards the end I was eating that -- and Mandee whoever doesn't eat watermelon with salt is a strange one in my book!!! Of course I put salt on my grapefruit too!! -- I don't salt anything else in the world besides those 2 things and corn on the cob and french fries.

| During my 1st trimester, I was nauseous all the time to the point where I couldnt eat much of anything..but I do remember eating lots of salty things (chips, pickles, sour candy) 2nd trimester, I ate ALOT of fried foods. I had fried chicken almost everyday! (So gross )3rd trimeter was a Spicy one! I had to have everything spicy.. Now, I cant even begin to think about eating some of the things I did eat during my preganancy! lol
