When we had our taxes done the other day...I asked our tax guy about this, if he knew anything about this rebate to help the economy...but he said that he gets updates on it just about every day and as of last week, nothing was set in stone yet.....So who knows!

It was on our news the other night, it showed President Bush signing it, they said the checks would start going out in May..I will e-mail my friend, she works for the IRS..will ask her when they're going to start mailing them out for sure..

Thanks for that information.

But doesn't look like were going to get our check till near the end of September. Go figure.....But I shouldn't complain about the date. If the government wants to give us free money.

Its not free its you have to claim it as an advance for next years taxes..
