Just to let you know that shipping to Canada will be $5.00 and shipping to the UK will be $10.00

Estimated weight for the package is 12.2oz

Not as of now, There will be order forms inside the cookbook, so you should always be able to order one.

I just sent full payment thru paypal. When can we expect the books to be sent out? If you send them "book" price it's cheaper.

Not sure when they will be sent out. Once it goes to Morris to be printed, it will take 3-40 days.

I must say the 3-40 days cracked me up. What an odd time... Now 3-7, 7-14 but 3-40 ... such an odd time frame to me....

Book rate is great! And it might encourage folks to order more. I've sold a lot of books on e-bay & most have been sent bookrate & folks have said they received it just as quick as 1st class

Just to let everyone know. I have 15 cook book orders so far from paypal orders and numerous checks coming. As soon as the checks come in, I will be able to post how many orders from the checks.
