The Nintendo Wii is the first gaming console to have its price increase in a year! Usually if you wait a year they will go down some and each year afterwards they decrease. Not this time..the Nintendo Wii is the only one to increase from christmas 2006 to christmas 2007 and may even increase again this christmas 2008! Its crazy...but they are sooo much fun! good luck getting one! Ill keep my eyes open too but I got mine first of January off ebay cause they have been sold old everywhere and still are!!

Ack everyone is saying that it's sold out online. They want you to go into the dang stores.

Thanks I've looked on ebay, but even for the system alone they want 300+ and usually at least 39.99 for shipping.

Ebay is your best bet. I got mine off ebay. I only paid $250 shipped for it. You have to be savvy and watch and email the sellers too to see if they will sell it outright at a buy it now. The gal I got mine from bought it for her boyfriend as a gift then broke up with him and wasn't looking to make a killing. She just wanted it sold. Box was open but brand new. Good Luck to you. My Dad got me one for Christmas and he bought it off of toysrus.com and it was a bundle. After I got it i took back the 10 games that came with it, because they were stupid and got store credit which I used towards extra remotes and games that I liked better. They have bundles online pretty frequently. I think they have one up right now for about $499.99 and it comes wtith 5 or 6 games I think. Check it out.
