| Our eyes are so important. I truly hope that whatever it is you are experiencing can be easily fixed. When I make mistakes like reading the wrong word, I always say jokingly that I am getting Adult onset dyslexia. I never thought to mention it to the doctor. And it is so easy to type "thing" when you mean "think" ... your fingers just get used to doing their own thing. my thoughts are with you.

| Omega, are you going to an eye doctor or a general doctor? Sorry, I'm confused. I had a friend who a few years ago, started having problems, dropping words, or mixing words up. And then she started saying strange things, "Like well, if I had a son" - she has 2 boys, no girls She knew something was wrong, she did have a small brain tumor that didn't end up being anything more serious (which was a huge answer to prayer as we knew 2 other young moms who had just died from brain cancer.) My friend had a few more symptoms after that, but surgery & everything was fine after that. Sometimes, things go funny in our brains. I will pray for you, and that the doctor has some answers for you. Prayers & hugs

I go my GP first and she may or may not refer me to a neurologist. A brain tumor is one of the first things that came to my mind. I'm not scared or anything - just will wait and see what the docs say. | |

| I hope everything turns out great!!!!!!!!!! Are you having problems in one eye or both?? When I lost my vision in my right eye 2 years ago, I thought it was stress related but after going to an eye and retinal specialist and then the nuerologist, my diagnosis was horrible.(M.S.) So, I am praying for you and hoping its going to be just fine!!!!!!!!!! |

| Omega, I was born with crossed eyes and a lazy eye, I had surgery on both eyes when I was a toddler, 2 I think. Anyways, Ive had to go to eye docs all my life every year to make sure my eyes did not turn back in, and I never developed depth perception. I started having problems with my eyes last year, same thing, confusing words and leaving words out of sentances. I don't know if it has to do my eyes as it does more to do with my aging brain haha I turned 31 in Nov (Im kidding that Im aging really!!) anyways, I went to the eye docs and told him I was having blurry vision and other things, and he did an exam and found I had astigmatism in BOTH eyes. He said my eyes could not focus fast enough when I look at close up and far off things. Now Ive been to the eye doctors my whole life fairly often and never heard that I had astigmatisms! It was surprising to hear! Anyways, I got glasses that 'fix' the astigmatism and they also are prism lens so they give me depth perception, which Ive never had either! amazing the difference! Id go see your eye doctor and see what he says! It might not be as bad as you think
