I think I am the lucky one.....Hubby does 95% of all cooking.....And it is wonderful...The things he can make....And all from scratch....No box mixes around here..lol The kids are always "dropping by" around dinner time just to see what is for dinner.... And he does almost all of the grocery shopping.... I have to do the clean up....But I think it is a small price to pay... Joyce BTW He does not do housework or yard work...But that is okay with me... |
Thomas is a great cook. I let him in the kitchen any time he likes :) |
My hubby can cook if he wants, they maybe very simple meals, but hey our family loves them. and he can grill up one mean steak on the barby! |
My dad cooks all the meals. Matter of fact the man gets up and makes mom coffee before she goes to work and packs her lunch. He has dinner ready for her when she comes home and serves her both when she comes in....talk about lucky. |
Well mine cooks on the grill but other than that meals are mostly up to me. |
My wife and I work different schedules and almost never have time to eat meals together. So I cook for myself, and she cooks for herself. Weird, but it works. She's a good cook. I follow recipes. I love her cooking, but it's fattening. She hates mine, but it's healthy. Go figure. The odd couple. |
damn straight -l- 'cause I don't and we'd all starve if I tried. Everything I can make comes out of a box  |
Yes........My husband does cook and is a very good cook, he is awesome on the grill. We BBQ every Sunday. I also have my youngest daughter at home, she works & goes to school..........she LOVES to cook!! And let me tell you the girl can cook!!! She is always trying new recipes!! |

Jimmie is the more domestic one. He cooks, cleans though he grumbles I don't do my share. He's a neat freak where I am not. He is a much better cook than I am. I don't have the patience though he likes most of the things I cook. I tend to experiment. Reminds me...we once had a beagle who would head for the back door if he saw me put a pot on the stove. |
Well.. my man claims he cooks, but seeing as how we are in differnet time zones still, I have no way to prove it. His mom says he cooks though. BUt based on the times we've talked and what he's cooking at the times, I will probably end up cooking for myself most nights anyway.. |
My husband cooks everyday. He is the pickiest eater ever. Seriously he doesn't like a lot of things. I'm not so picky so he cooks this way we're both happy:D |
When he worked more flexible hours and I worked full time he cooked, and the food was good. Now I stay home except a couple days for 4 hrs and he works more hours and I cook. |
I cook probably 75% of our meals ... Wife doesn't hate cooking but doesn't looooove it either. She likes to bake, and I don't really bake. |
My hubby started cooking when my kids were small and I got a second shift job that lasted 16 years. But he loves to cook. Now the kids are married and gone and he still cooks, does laundry and all the food shopping. I just automaticly ask him what's for supper. Now my oldest son does the cooking for his family. They are both great cooks. And I'm a very lucky lady. |
