Oh goodness, I am so sorry this happened to you girl

This happened to one of my brothers a couple of years ago...it was just terrible. He was in a very bad motorcycle accident that almost killed him (by the Grace of God, it didn't) and had to have major emergency surgery (he had the surgery out of town). Well, come to find out, ONE OF THE NURSES at the HOSPITAL stole his identity (it was a male nurse)

While we were taking care of him, we got a call saying that he had stolen a car ?????

Well of course HE DIDN'T...and then it went on to him buying golf carts, RV's, expensive cars, writing hot checks, etc., etc., etc... all under his name and SS#...it just never ended. It RUINED his credit. I don't know what all lengths this guy went to, but the authorities even said that he made himself look like my brother

It was just nuts.

I hope you get everything straightened out girl...I know how big of a mess it can be

aaww thanks hun, yeah it gave me an awful headache! could have been worse...luckily i don't use my email addy for banking or credit card details..just this mail order catalogue i have...they are setting up a new account for me and sending me the details by post. I'm also ditching Hotmail...

By the way...thats just AWFUL what happened to your brother, and a NURSE???? unbelievable the lengths some people will go to.
