I can't believe I start school today. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time. I just turned 40 and have been a stay at home Mom now for 10 years so this is a big deal for me.

Thanks to the ladies that supported me when I was making my decision to start. You're the best.

Hope you all have a great day!!!!! I'm gonna miss my time on YT.

Congrats on going back to school. I am 41 and would love to go back to school. I never went college because I had no encouragement from my parents. I would love to go and get a degree in something just for personal satisfaction. Good luck and congrats again.....

congrats on your decision to go back to school! way to go!!!!! Im going to be 30 in 2 months and just started going back for my BA, I love it and Im sure you will too

at first I was worried because I thought I would be one of the oldest there but there is this lady in my class that is 62 and loves it! we are never to old to follow our dreams and do it! good luck on your first day

you should def look into colleges and maybe enroll! you will do great, I actually think its a lot easier now that Im older. I guess Im more focused than I was at 18. you should totally do it

My mom is going on 50 and Im trying to get her butt to come with me, wouldnt that be cool!

I kind of know how you feel! I just turned 41, was in the military for 20 yrs and just retired and became a stay at home Mom but I have gone back to school as well. I am taking Legal Assistant Certificate online. It is exciting and scary. Good Luck and Enjoy school like we never did in High School

lol thanks everyone. It's so nice to have people my age who can relate to what I'm going through.

I have to say that I LOVED every minute of today. I feel like a new woman. I'm happier, have more energy and managed to even get supper on the table by 5pm. Woohoo!!!!

Good luck to all of you that have gone back to school too. That's awesome. What's the saying, "Life begins at 40." I'm starting to get that now. It's so true.

I went back to school at 36 for my BSN and have never regretted it. It may be hard but it will be worth it in the end. Just the satisfaction alone is worth it!
