I dreamed many nights also. And still do.That wooden box I have is my treasure now. I like you was so lost and hurt. I honestly don't thing I will ever get over losing him. Time helps. And again like you when I received the call I was just so taken back that I told my g/f she would have to get him. I must say though when it got to that moment and she was walking out the door.I so got the courage and went. We went to dinner and put him on the table so he could be there with us.Like before.. except he was in the wooden box.. and I cried. I put a few things in the box.such as his harness. a picture of us and now HE and MY HEART sit on the 3rd shelf of the curio with the lock beside it. I speak to him everyday. My Little Grizzley Bear was my HEART and SOUL. I just know for me I find comfort in the Wooden Box,(it so scared me at the beginning) for I know that is his final resting place....but he will always run FREE IN MY HEART!! I just wish I could give you a hug and let you know that my heart is with you and I hope you can find comfort in knowing the time you shared was a moment you can cherrish forever.
