| Does anyone have a medusa piercing? dones anyone on the forum have a medusa (middle upper lip) piercing?? i am thinking of getting one. how much does it hurt?

| yes lol i have read stories about how bad it hurts but I want to actually hear from someone who has it done. plus i have braces so i cant get it done until after i get them off (hopefully by summer)

| I have my lip done on the side...I think in the front would be irritating as I find mine irritating. My husband has one and he loves it...but doesn't put it in that much at all. I attached a pic for fun... I didn't know it was called that Ah, to add, mine didn't hurt it was a bit sore and hard to smile but it really didn't hurt opposed to other ones I have lol Last edited by parker; 01-23-2008 at 09:05 PM. | My friend had one. She said it was basically like any other piercing. She said she wanted to rip it out for the first week, then it got better. I had my lip pierced and she said its basically the same feeling. Any mouth piercing is going to be really painful. As far as my lip, it was the worst I had. As long as you take care of it, you are really strong and don't give into the pain then you should be fine. |

| I used to have the same piercing as Parker... on the side.. don't know how it'd be in the middle though as i think it'd be irritating to me but if it looks good and you like it, go for it i sure do miss minethough |
