You know something Kate might be a bit of a yeller but I respect that. I have a husband and three kids and I can blow up too. While the Duggars seem like a nice family...they seem a bit too nice and too untrue to me. Come now you guys have children....you know you lose it once in a while and hollar at them. In the Duggar house it's always peaches and roses...never seen them yell. The only thing that made them seem as though they were not some made up family is when they spoke of the daugther that was banished from the house because she was a bit different. |

I'll have to admit...I have a problem with the Duggers. OK>>>> she is the one who wanted to have all these kids. Now she has the other kids raising their younger sibblings, cleaning the house, cooking the food, doing the laundry.....so what does she do...sit back and get busy having more babies. I just feel like she don't raise those children. They raise each other. Just how I feel. |
I saw both shows last night and I loved them both....as for the Duggars....I am amazed at how well run that household is...on last night show they took a family trip in a Motor home for a month....Oh my God!! I can't run t Walmart with my 2 children with out a fight or some kind of whining and they went in a motor home with 16 children. All the kids are so nice and respectful. I think that 98% of the homes in the world could use some lessons from the Duggars. I don't think there is anything wrong with these kids and all the hard work they do....Kids these days don't do enough work so therefor they have respect for nothing. My lord...my daughter complains if I tell her to wash her plate after supper...please! I have total respect for the Duggars and the morals and values that they are placing in their family....if they want more kids I say go for it...they are doing a great job and they are making it work...jmo |

I've seen an episode or 2 of Jon & Kate.....I like the show, but I don't like Kate. She is not a nice person, IMO. She's SO mean to her hubby, and he just takes it. I feel bad for him. But they do do a good job with their kids. as for the Duggars...OMG. I saw the first episode of that show....I'm NEVER watching it again. They are too weird. That family is so fake its beyond control...and if they're not and that's really how they act...then that's weird. No parents could have 16/17 kids and not lose it once in a while. And I think that's way too many kids. When the kids need to start taking care of each other to get the attention, etc. they need, its time to stop. If they don't believe in BC then they need to stop having sex! |

Cara is so cute on Jon and Kate. She is so sweet to the others, the one i saw last night she was trying to help Collin get up and scratching his back, etc. I can see Mady being jealous most of the time, she seems like a real brat. I don't think Kate is that mean, he is mean to her too sometimes. I think they are just like a real couple, they argue once in a while. |

Oops hold on here we are crossing families. The Duggars is the one with the youngest batch of babies. The Jeubs are the ones with the older kids helping to raise the younger ones and had the older sister kicked out. |

I totally agree children are a blessing but not when you have to scrape by. I have three and they are forever outgrowing something or needing something. I can't even imagine how I could provide adequately for so many children. There really comes a time to count your blessings and stop making them babies. |
