You have to be organized. My favorite part about her is how she says "I'm sure there's a lot of perfect parents, but you won't find any here" It's so--true, she holds that household together... I love that show so much, I DVR it and watch the reruns! Its just simply amazing how well she does with all those toddlers, I think one great thing she has going her way was that she had her two twins that are older and can help out a lot and a lot of friends and family support!

I had to stop watching that show. There have been lots of people have 6 babies at one time and they dont act like that. I dont think that if you love someone you should degrade them like she does John. I always want to reach through the TV and ask her how she would feel if he spoke to her like that. I dont like using the fact that she has 8 kids to deal with as an excuse. There are people out there with 16 kids and dont have to act like that. She is never loving to John. As for Maddie she is always up Kates butt so why wouldnt she act just like her. I wouldnt want my kids to hear me getting talked to like she does John. Its like she has no respect for him at all. I am a stay at home mom and I love my role in our family. This is just my 2 cents.

I have been married forever and a day and I can't or wont' judge their relationship. Every marriage has it's own dynamics and I doubt she has changed personality since they started dating.

Also remember that being on tv they will cut and amp certain things to give the show more appeal. So I will watch and enjoy watching the babies grow but I wont' put much stock into a lot else. It's tv and these folks like nothing more than to hype things up and skew the way people are portrayed. See that in most of these reality shows.

LOL. I don't blame her for being how she is....if I had 8 kids, I think I'd be exactly the same way! I just get a kick out of seeing when her and her hubby get into arguments and he makes a face at the camera. lol.

HAHA... I saw that show! That couple is so sweet to eachother and they're lucky that they have some really great kids. But she's lucky that she didn't have 6 of them in one shot...that devinately adds some stress onto Kate's plate...and she's kind of anal about things, so that just makes her stress worse. lol

This show is by far my favorite on tv! I hope my kids are that well behaved when I start having them. I think both parents do a great job with that many little ones running around.

I think CollegeCutieUSF was talking about the show that the parents have 16 children that are all different ages. Not sure though. :D

I meant the woman w/ 16 kids. And I think there is another one that has 17 kids...from age 30 to 4? The one with 16 is from age 18- a few months old I think.

Okay, sorry about that. That is just crazy. 6 kids at one time I could understand (well almost) being a mother that had to have intervention to have them - the chances of having more than one is very high but to continue to have them, I don't care how good of a parent you are - you can not give attention to 16/17 kids. It then becomes a job for the older sibling and they did not ask for you to have that many, and I dont think that is fair! Use some birth control. JMO!

I know which family your talking about the christian ones...the Duggars. Jesus that woman is something. Those are a lot of kids. I love kids and babies. The hubby loving is good too but I can't see having that many damn babies. Too much stress on the body.
