He's my favorite too! And I also think Hannah is super adorable. I really don't like the twin Maddie though. She is such a brat! lol

I love the show!! I like Aiden and Hannah too. Kate is such a b-tch though! I bet she is really full of herself in real life.

That is funny that you say that, my daughter who is only one yr older than Cara and Maddy says all the time "see mommy, thats how you should not behave right?"
You can tell that she is their handful - but every family has atleast one and chances are w/that many kids she could have altleast one more like that!

She does...there is one of the baby girls that is rather bossy. I can't remember her name at this point but if memory serves me she is Collen's buddy.

I think if it wasn't for her strick schedule she has set she wouldnt be there she'd be in a nut house.. I just wish I could lay my 18 mo in a crib and he fall asleep or stay in his crib until I wake up.. Oh that would be nice...

Seriously! She is soooooo mean to her husband sometimes. My BF and I watch it and are always like "how the heck can he stand to be with her?" She seems like she's really anal about things too. lol BUT...if I had 8 kids...I can't say i'd be any nicer than her.

I can see her frustration after dealing with a household and 8 kids. Plus hubby seems rather laid back and when things are falling apart that can be so annoying.

Yep, love that show. But I tell ya, that one twin (Maddie, I think) is such a whiney brat! I'm guessing she just doesn't have enough time to deal with her properly when she's acting like that but that would put me over the edge more than the having to take care of 6 three year olds!

When it first came out, I thought it was funny/quirky how "organized" everything was but wow, you HAVE to be super organized to deal with all of them! I do think that when she was looking for a housekeeper, her expectations were just a tad too high. It was a little ridiculous the places she was "white gloving" to check the cleaner's work.

I love watching that show. i always seem to forget when it comes on lately. so i haven't seen it in a while. i think they do a great job of holding it all together. i would be hairless by now with that many kids...

LOL! I LOVE Jon & Kate + 8! And I know everybody thinks Maddie is the "bad one" but I love her. Not to down Jon and Kate as parents (because in the same situation I don't know what I would do) but sending 2 6 yr olds to down a basement full of three year olds to 'babysit' is a lot to ask. Some people wouldn't even send their 6 yr olds downstairs to play alone, much less use them as supervision for 6 more kids. So I feel like if Maddie throws a tantrum a couple of times a week, then I figure she's earned it. And besides they can't really say much to her since it is clear that she gets the disposition honestly (from her mom!).

LMAO! I just find it funny in the one episode where Kate said that Maddie thinks all the little kids hate her and love Cara...but that's because Cara is like a little mother to them. She can definately handle it, but Maddie is so jealous and she even resorts to hitting the little kids! lol.

Oh, did you guys see the episode where Hannah was helping Aiden get ready and put his glasses on for him?? I thought that was the cutest thing!

It was also cute when he was sick and she was mothering him. Then one of the other babies came and she didn't want her touching or mothering her buddy.

I love this show, it's my favorite... my girls (11 twins), love it too! I think Kate is awesome!

You have to be organized. My favorite part about her is how she says "I'm sure there's a lot of perfect parents, but you won't find any here" It's so--true, she holds that household together... ANY ONE who thinks other wise must NOT have any children (more than 2). It's a very hard job. I would go crazy being a stay at home Mom, I love going to work (to get out of the house). I congratulate all stay at home Moms, you rock!

I know she's short with her husband, but one of them has to be the tougher personality to get things done. If they were both the same, they wouldn't have a good team. This is a "REAL" household...no sugar coating anything
