I had contractions on and off for almost 3 weeks before I had my little boy... but I would call the dr. anyway and let them know what is going on. And don't think because they aren't at "regular" intervals that you aren't in labor.. mine were 6 min. apart, then 3, then 7, etc. so the doc was like .. "probably braxton hicks contractions/false labor" I had my baby 3 hr. later. good luck, I'll keep you in my prayers! Keep us updated

Oh well...I don't know if it was false labour or not but for about two hours I didn't had any more contractions. So, it might not be the day today. I was sure hoping it will. The floods are not so bad either yet so hopefully it won't get too bad in the next couple of hours JUST IN CASE.
I still have the bad back ache tho'...

it could have been false labor, just getting you ready.

When I was due with my first daughter I'd call my Mom everytime I had a pain. Finally she said, Trust me, you'll Know when you're in labor!" As usual, she was right, I KNEW!!

You were lucky to have your mom there for you. Unfortunatealy my family is very far away and to call my mom every single time I had a pain would cost me a fortune.
But I was thinking as well that '' I should KNOW when I am in labour''
